Boom Boom! Revolution

Last week we had the privilege of being a featured gift item at Connected’s Celebrity Gifting Suite for the Emmy Awards. What an awesome experience! We met a ton of terrific celebrities who were excited to get their very own kit of Boom Boom! Cards and become Agents of Altruism.

We also met great people with innovative products who are doing terrific things in the world. Take Tamara Gordy, for instance. She’s from the ice cream company, Lovin’ Scoopful; she was also our table neighbor for the event (imagine the luck…ice cream right next door to us on a 100 plus Southern California day…YES!).

Lovin’ Scoopful is an incredibly delicious (trust us, we know) low fat (if you can believe it) ice cream that benefits the Special Olympics. What a great concept! You’re going to buy ice cream anyway, right? Might as well buy some that supports an incredible cause.  Check out their website and find out where you can get your very own gallon. We were fond of the “Caramel Chocolate Heaven”. Yeah, just think about that for a minute. It’s as good as it sounds.

Here’s a picture of Carolyn helping out Lovin’ Scoopful. Tamara had to run and get more ice for her ice cream (did we mention it was hot?). It was melting too fast! In Tamara’s absence, Carolyn stepped in and scooped ice cream for celebrities and told them all about its deliciousness and how it supports such a good cause. Now that’s Boom Boom!
